2022: Release of Comindware Procurement Management

On April 7, 2022, Comindware announced that it had released a ready-to-use solution, Comindware Procurement Management, which provides tight control over the company's expenses, reduces the impact of the human factor in operations, and also makes the work of supply departments transparent.

The procurement management solution is based on Comindware Business Application Platform a Low-code platform for quickly building a digital organization, managing, business processes automating and monitoring work. The product is included in, register of domestic software based on DBMS Russian origin and helps solve automation problems of any scale.

Comindware Procurement Management was developed taking into account the ten-year experience gained by the company's business analysts in the implementation of SRM projects (Supplier Relationship Management). The solution unites all procurement participants within a single system that automatically coordinates their work according to the specified business logic. Users perform all operations according to a pre-thought-out business process scheme, which excludes any deviation from the assigned tasks.

The solution supports all stages of the purchasing process from planning to supply control and includes five modules - Planning, Preparation for Purchase, Procurement, Contracting and Delivery. The solution is created so that it can be launched in 1-2 days, but the business process settings are so flexible that they do not limit the company in choosing business logic.

You can also configure the interface, document reconciliation routes, and various ways to export/import data into documents and reports. API settings are available for integration with enterprise accounting systems and external EDMS.

The solution is designed as a driver for increasing the efficiency of the company's procurement activities. Comindware Purchasing Management can be used in the initial automation phase or as an alternative to other SRM solutions, including foreign ones - Oracle Procurement, SAP SRM, SAP Ariba and Coupa.
