2022: Drone demonstration

On April 11, 2022, Efko introduced its own Hi-Fly Cargo drone. It is capable of flights with a range of up to 20 km, develops speeds of up to 100 km/h and can carry cargo up to 170 kg.

At the time of the announcement of Hi-Fly Cargo, the drone consists of 70% Russian components, the next option will be 100% Russian, according to Efko. For development and testing, the company built a center for the production of aircraft, and in March opened a hangar for year-round and all-weather tests.

A cargo drone is a very important element in our strategy. On the one hand, this is the closest market, on the other hand, it is possible to start commercial operation there much faster... We are working on all-weather and safety. Well, and most importantly, they practically left the import configuration - said the general director of the Biryuch center Yuri Kozarenko, his words are quoted in the Efko message.

According to the developers, the model has good prospects not only in helping rescue units, but also in the context of developing projects to build infrastructure for delivering goods on the "last mile" of the supply chain (a joint project with Aerosypt and other domestic partners).

By April 11, 2022, successful flight tests of the Hi-Fly Cargo had already been carried out. During the testing shown in the video, an emergency was simulated. The drone delivered a medical cargo weighing 100 kg to its destination in unmanned mode, and then returned with a conditional victim weighing 80 kg.
