The management of IT department "VITA LYNE" made the decision on use of the DeskWork corporate portal. Due to growth of the organization need for systematization and ordering of corporate information appeared. The address directory became the most demanded function of the portal, already in the first days of its application. With its help for employees of the company process of search of necessary contact information considerably became simpler. Now the employee does not need to spend time for search of a contact information of colleagues in correspondence or to ask for the help the secretary – he enters a surname into search string and at once sees necessary data.

Ronzhin Dmitry, the assistant department head of IT department "VITA LYNE", noted: "With implementation of the DeskWork portal corporate everyday life of our company considerably became simpler in search plan of information necessary for internal use. Today we test still not all functions of the portal, but over time we are going to use the portal to the maximum".
