The cost of creating the Unity Park facility is about 4.8 billion rubles, the implementation period is no more than 36 months.

The implementation of the project will create at least 90 jobs for highly qualified specialists. Employees will prepare highly qualified personnel in promising areas of genomic and translational medicine, cellular, microfluidic and bioinformational technologies, personalized and preventive medicine for the provision of medical services in Ugra^[1] for^[2].

The center's laboratories will create conditions for medical research in the field of replacement of lost organs, experiments on the cultivation of living tissues for transplantation, work on the creation and testing of pharmacological drugs for the treatment of neuro-degenerative diseases in adults and children.

This is a truly special and very interesting project in terms of its plan - the city of the future, where innovations are born and a whole balanced system of all structural organizations is established. In this great work, we will be engaged in the creation of the Center for High Biomedical Technologies with our laboratory complex, which will combine the goals of health care and science, and most importantly, it will significantly increase the level of quality of life of the local population, "said Sergey Dmitrochenko, Deputy General Director of Schwabe.

In addition to scientific activities, the Center for High Biomedical Technologies in Surgut will be focused on educational and medical components - here they plan to develop programs of additional professional education in various medical specialties, create network educational programs in cooperation with the Moscow Higher School of Economics, the Leningrad Institute of Precision Mechanics and Optics and Novosibirsk State University.

Since the signing of this agreement, we can safely declare that the first facility of the scientific and technological center in Surgut "Unity Park" has been officially launched. The Center for High Biomedical Technologies is a complex and very interesting project. The Scientific and Technological Center, which will be located in Surgut, is an infrastructure project aimed at creating an innovative ecosystem of higher education, science and technological entrepreneurship. The center should bring together more than 200 geneticists, biochemists, bioinformatics, specialists in the field of personalized medicine and engineers.
