Due to the technology of two-stage recognition, the Beorg Smart Vision platform completely eliminates human-related errors in entering data into the bank's information system. First, documents are processed by neural networks, and values ​ ​ recognized with low confidence, for example, handwriting, are verified by data entry operators remotely connected to the platform. Personal data of bank customers is protected by encryption and depersonalization mechanism - when processing documents are cut into fragments by neural networks.

He stressed that the task of the Beorg Smart Vision recognition and analysis platform is to completely replace a person in routine areas of work and document checks, leaving only the final solution for the employee. Through the cloud service in streaming mode, many sets of documents are processed at once in parallel, which gives an additional advantage in comparison with manual data entry. It is planned that about 10 thousand credit kits will be processed monthly through the service.

Operators working remotely from different regions of Russia will be able to quickly conduct additional checks on customer requests. Using a telephone verification script, they will quickly clarify facts that could not automatically check the neural network.
