"R7-Office" will transfer licenses to schools of the Republic of Dagestan

The Government of the Republic of Dagestan and the developer of "P7" concluded a cooperation agreement, which the latter announced on April 19, 2022. The agreement is aimed at implementing the task of digital transformation of the educational industry and involves the popularization of Russian office solutions, provided for by the national program "Digital Economy of Russia."

As part of the agreement, P7 will grant licenses to all educational institutions of the republic for the R7-Office office package of solutions. This list includes preschool, general education organizations, institutions of additional education, secondary vocational education and institutions for orphans.

Students and teachers will have access to a fully functional and compatible suite of office programs, including text document, table and presentation editors, image and video viewers, a collaboration platform, and a calendar and e-mail organizer, all available as of April 2022. The server version provides multi-user access and document collaboration. There is a built-in chat, mail server, project management system, collaboration platform.

The course taken to digitalize sectors of the economy should be maintained at each stage of its implementation. It is encouraging that our fellow developers provide schools with the opportunity to work in the P7 Office for free.
