On April 20, 2022, a participant in the Skolkovo project, the federal service of the Gorserv service, announced that it had completed the stage of three-month testing of its digital ERP platform (it works as a white label marketplace for self-employed masters for b2b) in areas managed by A101-Comfort. According to its results, the company estimated the effect: thanks to household services, the loyalty rate of residents reached 73%. The Criminal Code is moving to full-scale operation of the domestic service ecosystem from Gorserv.

In January 2022, the federal service Gorserv deployed its GERP-platform of household services for houses in the areas of Scandinavia, Spanish Quarters, White Nights and Moscow A101, which are served by A101-Comfort Management Company (structural unit of A101 Group of Companies). As part of the project, residents gained access to more than 500 services that are performed by proven self-employed people connected to the Gorserv platform. Among them are minor repairs of the "master for an hour" format, the assembly of furniture, the installation of plumbing, washing and dishwashers, cleaning, computer assistance, etc.

To leave an application, indicate a convenient time and pay for services residents could through a mobile application. The top 3 most popular orders were headed by services for electrics (35%), plumbing (23%) and installation of household appliances (11%). According to the results of the test period, Gorserv estimated the NPS index (consumer commitment to the brand) - it amounted to 73%. The UK is moving to full-scale operation of the platform.
