Peoples' Friendship University of Russia is a multidisciplinary international university in Moscow, created in 1960. The university as of April 2022 includes 6 faculties, 10 institutes, 1 academy. At the beginning of 2020, the RUDN management decided to optimize the process of providing students and employees with various services: conclusion of a training contract, registration and migration registration, tuition fees, etc. Earlier, in order to obtain the necessary documents, applicants had to visit a large number of offices, defend queues, and the terms of service sometimes lasted 2-3 weeks.
In order to change the situation at the university, a multifunctional center was created by analogy with the city MFCs. To automate the work of the center's operators, the 1C: MFC Operator solution was chosen, implemented on the basis of the 1C : CRM CORP program by 1C-Rarus specialists.
The system ensured the availability of a convenient AWS and a sufficient number of ready-made tools to minimize the refinement of the solution. Due to easy integration with other 1C programs installed in the RUDN, as well as with the electronic queue, mobile application and personal account of users, 1C: MFC Operator does not allow you to store data about applicants, but to request information using customized exchanges.
Project Results
- Automation of MFC operators. The MFC operator's work is based on the Requisition tool. 46 services were automated, each service implemented an application template in the original style with the necessary set of tools and buttons for preparing documents. Students and employees of RUDN can sign up for the MFC through a personal account in the application or receive an electronic queue ticket during a personal visit, after which a service application is automatically generated in the system. Preparation takes place within one window, which allows you to display the finished printed form, it is detailed to view the document in "1C: MFC Operator," sign it with an EDS, print it, prepare an invoice for payment, send files by e-mail or to the user's personal account and monitor the status of payment.
- Reduce queues and service delivery times. The possibility of obtaining services online and in the format of one window saved applicants from visiting several university premises, and also significantly reduced queues. The admission of one applicant was reduced to 11 minutes. Capacity increased several times, on average to 600 people per day. The time frame for obtaining managerial and regulated reports was reduced by 60%.
- Development of the solution "1C: MFC Operator." Cooperation between 1C-Rarus and RUDN continues. In the near future, it is planned to increase the number of services provided by the MFC to 90. It will be possible to automatically sign the EDS package of bids. Work is also underway in the field of interaction "1C: MFC Operator" with the application and personal account to fully transfer the provision of services online.
