2022: Holding a job fair on the online platform "Faculetus"

GC "Edit Pro" on April 25, 2022 announced the holding of a job fair for students of Kuban State University (KubSU) on the unified online platform "Faculetus." Thanks to cooperation with the university, Edith Pro will be able to implement internship programs and employ its graduates.

A digital career environment has been created at Faculetus: a profile of a participating university is registered, where students post resumes and employers post vacancies.

According to Dmitry Kichko, General Director of Edit Pro Group of Companies, the remote format of job fairs has proven itself well, but since the company has a representative office in Krasnodar, they decided to hold the first meeting with students offline.

We preferred this option to communicate more closely with students and understand what is important to them, what criteria they rely on when choosing a future employer. In the future, we plan to use a hybrid format to work with young specialists, - explained Dmitry Kichko.

In total, within the framework of the Edith Pro fair, she held meetings with 50 students of technical specialties of senior courses of KubSU: these are students in 3-4 years in the form of bachelor's degree and master's students.

The Krasnodar office of Edith Pro has established a program for adapting students, there are working programs and a mentoring institute. Within the framework of cooperation with KubSU, their activities will develop.

The ultimate goal of Edith Pro is to support university students and select specialists for internships in existing projects with possible further employment after graduation.
