On April 26, 2022, MTS PJSC announced the transition to cloud services# CloudMTS of Neurosoft, which, through the MTS cloud, launched remote removal of electroencephalograms in various clinics in Russia and a system of remote cardio training, which will allow timely diagnosis of dangerous conditions and high-quality rehabilitation of patients.

MTS, with the help of cloud provider# CloudMTS, provides opportunities for such a technique of remote diagnosis and rehabilitation. Any clinic in the country can become an entry point for differentiating complex neurophysiological conditions when consultation of doctors from specialized medical centers is needed.

Previously, for timely diagnosis of pathological changes in vessels, differentiation of early signs of epilepsy, tumors, the consequences of stroke, the patient and the doctor needed to be in the same clinic.

Data from electroencephalographs via communication channels flows to the MTS cloud, where they are available at any time and from any place, which allows qualified professors and associate professors to quickly work with them. Clinics can conduct remote research without even having a neurophysiologist on staff - average medical staff can take data. As of April 2022, remote diagnostics are already available in private clinics and hospitals of the regional level in Moscow, Izhevsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Vladivostok. This system was developed jointly with the Ivanovo Medical Academy in connection with the need for LFK that grew into a pandemic. After treatment, patients go home with recommendations to conduct classes to consolidate the therapeutic effect. But not everyone does it. Our technique allows the doctor to conduct these exercises online with controlled exercise. The patient is given a cardiograph in the clinic, which can transmit over Bluetooth heart rate, breathing and motor activity in the application of a mobile phone, and from there through the cloud - to the LFC doctor online. Telemedical cardio training through the# CloudMTS cloud and the Accordix system is carried out at the Ivanovo Medical Academy, the A.N.
