2022: Implementation of Queue Neuroniq

As part of the national project "Demography" in the Oryol region, the modernization of employment centers is underway. This was announced on April 11, 2022 by Technology of the Future.

The goal of modernization is to create customer-oriented personnel centers equipped with the latest technologies.

In the Central Administrative Center of the Mtsensky District of the Oryol Region, the company installed the Queue Neuroniq electronic queue based on Neuroniq.Platform. The introduction of the electronic queue Neuroniq allows you to increase the degree of organization of queues, reduce the likelihood of conflict situations, as well as at times reduce the time to find the optimal solution when providing visitors with services on any employment issues.

Neuroniq solutions are used for efficient management of visitor flows, allowing you to increase throughput, create a comfortable atmosphere when receiving services, as well as realize the effective use of the institution's resources and organize the work of employees.

The electronic queue Neuroniq, installed in the Central Research Center of Mtsensk, is adapted for people with disabilities. The touch terminal that meets the requirements of the "Accessible Environment" program is a kiosk with a wide-format screen, which has a number of additional functions that allow you to make information available to all categories of citizens. The terminal has a duplicated touch screen at a height convenient for use by people moving in wheelchairs.

Using current service technologies, institutions improve the quality of public service, increase the number of services provided, expanding and multiplying their capabilities.
