At the end of 2021, the Queue Neuroniq electronic queue was introduced at DeLight. This Technology of the Future was reported on April 25, 2022.

The principle of operation of the electronic queue is simple and at the same time as effective as possible: the visitor receives a ticket with a number for the service he needs and expects his turn. After calling the next visitor by the freed employee, the system invites him, using messages on the operator's scoreboard, to go to the specialist's workplace.

Thanks to the installation of an electronic queue at DiLight, the wait for visitors is comfortable, understandable and as streamlined as possible.
