The company has already implemented the starting elements of project management - the project register, time and content management, status reports and escalation of problems are configured, and key users are being trained. In parallel, the project office is developing a methodology for managing the holding's projects.

So far, implementation is planned only within the project office. The company wants to create a finished product - an information system for controlling the portfolio of projects, all the necessary regulations, roll out the basic settings of the platform, and in the future scale the solution to other divisions of Agroholding.

Agroholding "Steppe" expects that the introduction of the project management system will allow to implement projects on time, which, in turn, will increase their margin. In addition, the project management system will help create a balanced portfolio of projects that will bring the company closer to achieving the goal.
