As of August, 2018 product "INTALEV: The corporate WEB PORTAL" any more is not supported by the developer.
"INTALEV: The corporate WEB PORTAL" provides the WEB INTERFACE for the most demanded functions of the modules entering "INTALEV: Corporate management".
Now there is an active process of integration of internal information systems of the enterprises into the applications providing customer interaction and partners and also to the Web applications intended for visitors of the Websites, and the number of the Online projects connected with it promptly grows. In other words, many modern Russian and foreign organizations now actively create the infrastructure allowing to use the Internet not only as the communication medium, but also as one of the main instruments of business. Creation of similar infrastructure means implementation of the Internet-applications allowing the organization to provide to the clients and employees up-to-date information, and often and direct access to corporate information systems and other business applications and also timely to process the data which arrived from them.
Several classes of users usually work with a corporate information system. The first class of users are those which constantly work with a system on information input and on obtaining the reporting. Such factors as the speed of a response and convenience of the user interface are important for these users. For the second class of users who only occasionally log into the system or carry out several tasks in day, the convenience is not so important, but such factors as system availability from any point, its quick start, lack of need of installation 1C - rather difficult application in support are important. The second class of users "INTALEV is also expected: Corporate WEB PORTAL".
The software product provides WEB ACCESS to following features:
- Setting and execution of tasks by the staff of the organization according to the designed process structure of the organization;
- Access to magazines of sessions and tasks. An opportunity to receive tasks and to execute them far off;
- Access to the magazine of Proformas. An opportunity to browse, edit and carry out Proformas;
- Providing reporting on the course of accomplishment of business processes;
- Viewing management reporting;
- Access to document files: viewing, change of documents, viewing change history of documents, search.
