On April 28, 2022, it became known that Rosatom, together with VK and Skillaz, launched the Digital Selection service, the center of attention of which was people - those who work at Rosatom, are interning or are just about to start a career in industry enterprises.

The digital recruiting platform allows both the HR specialist to find candidates of the right profile, and the applicant to navigate the opportunities given by Rosatom, information on the proposals of all large enterprises of the nuclear industry is collected here.

It is enough for the candidate to enter the desired position in the search string and configure the necessary filters: type of employment, work schedule, country, etc. Digital Matching provides a list of current vacancies. It remains to respond. The time from the response to the meeting with the recruiter was reduced to 1 day, the interview can be held in the format of a video interview or perform test tasks here on the platform.
