2022: Integrated Operating MVS

On April 28, 2022, MVS announced the equipment of integrated operational MVS in one of the buildings of the Tula Regional Perinatal Center.

The building of the Tula Regional Perinatal Center is equipped with integrated operational MVS

According to the company, in March 2022, the building of the Tula Regional Perinatal Center opened in Tula on Yablochkova Street . The center will become a major object of maternity care in the city and the Tula region.

The building of the center is built taking into account modern approaches to patient routing, 6 floors combine all the necessary departments under one roof to provide comprehensive medical care to mothers and babies, including complex pathological and emergency cases.

The building of the Tula Regional Perinatal Center on Yablochkova Street will provide assistance to women in labor throughout the region. The perinatal center will retain the name of its first leader - Vera Sergeyevna Gumilevskaya. In the maternity ward on the 4th floor of the center, 2 integrated operating MVS are equipped .

Externally, the system looks like 5 monitors combined into a single system: 2 placards in the operating room, a scoreboard in the corridor, a monitor - a nurse's workplace, a main control monitor, an engineering systems control monitor and an overview monitor for displaying video and other information.

The main control monitor, located on the ceiling console, allows you to manage video streams, video recording operations on all connected video sources of medical equipment, manage engineering systems, and work video conferencing with colleagues.

A large viewing monitor, which can be displayed at the same time up to 4 video sources: images from the camera, and endoscope KT MRI pictures, data from, ULTRASONOGRAPHY external video camera, data patient monitor, etc., will allow, for example, residents to fully monitor the progress of the operation or childbirth, without entering the sterile area of the operating table.

Doctors will be able to control the climate in the operating room, configure engineering systems centrally from a single control panel built into the wall panel, which will significantly save time to prepare for the operation. For example, while in the operating room, you can include the inscription "do not enter" on the electronic signage in the corridor, turn on the timer.

The signage embedded in the wall panels in the operating room shows the time synchronized with the clock of all devices of the integrated operating room and contains a timer with sound signals, which the doctor adjusts on the main control monitor.

Using the specialized software "Hospital Platform" doctors will be able to plan and monitor the loading of operating rooms, create a single centralized archive of operations in the Perinatal Center.

The nurse workstation, as part of the integrated MVS operating room, is a full-fledged workplace with access to IIAs, PACS, video viewing from the archive of operations, access to all services of the Hospital Platform.

Also in the Tula Perinatal Center, the service of doctors will be Teleport MVS - a mobile multifunctional workstation for organizing broadcasts and conferences, storing and processing information, access to the Hospital Platform software, including the video archive of operations.

In anticipation of the opening of the perinatal center building, MVS employees conducted training for doctors and middle-level medical workers in working with equipment.

One of the functions of the integrated operational MVS - telemedicine - will allow Tula doctors to establish video conferencing with colleagues from federal centers for holding consultations at the operating table. The perinatal center as a training platform for Tula medical students will also expand: it will be possible to organize online video broadcasts of operations from integrated operating rooms.
