FertiMed

The FertiMed clinic was founded in 2005, by May 2022 it has two branches in Moscow. He specializes in assisted reproductive technologies, conducts IVF and surrogacy programs.

According to data published in the SPARK-Interfax system, the revenue of the Center for Reproduction and Genetics LLC (legal entity of the FertiMed clinic) at the end of 2021 amounted to 217 million rubles, which is 43 million rubles more than a year earlier, net profit increased by 28 million rubles and reached 73 million rubles.

History

2022: Medma bought FertiMed and joined the Genome network

In April 2022, the Medma group of companies bought the FertiMed medical center and added it to its network of Genome reproductive health clinics. This deal marks the entry of Genome into the Moscow market, its value is not disclosed.

It is also noted that the permanent leader, the ideological inspirer Margarita Anshina united under one roof the experience and high technologies obtained during the opening of clinics in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, by the beginning of May 2022, the main owner of Medma Group of Companies, Yulai Magadeev, owns 70% of FertiMed. Another 30% remain with the founder and director of FertiMed Margarita Anshina.

In addition to Genome (by May 2022, the network has eight full-cycle clinics, all of which are located outside Moscow), the Medma group includes Citilab clinical laboratories, Citidok multidisciplinary clinics, Nefroline dialysis centers, KatLab cardiac surgery centers, Vizio therapy center and ophthalmic centers^[1]!
