2021: Expanding the mechanisms of the medical information system

In December 2021, the company Smart city completed a project to expand the functional mechanisms medical information system medical of organizations. The following features were added:

• The possibility of forming and uploading to the register of electronic medical documents of the regional segment of a single [state]] health information system (EMD Uniform State Health Information System) new types of electronic medical documents - 18 types;
• Interaction with the extended unloader in EMD is implemented;
• The possibility of attaching electronic medical documents (EMD), previously successfully registered in the EGIS REMD, to the electronic referral for medical and social examination (ITU);
• The possibility of registering citizens in the schedule of appointment of a doctor performing dispensary supervision, as well as canceling such a record;
• The possibility of registering citizens for an appointment with a doctor in the direction, independently canceling the appointment in the direction, as well as transmitting information from the IIA on changing the appointment in the direction and on the facts of the appointment in the direction;
• The possibility of recording citizens for vaccination was implemented depending on the type of vaccination chosen, the self-cancellation of the vaccination record, as well as the transfer of information from the IIA on changing the vaccination record and on the facts of the vaccination record;
• The possibility of identifying citizens under the compulsory medical insurance policy (compulsory medical insurance) and identity documents, establishing the fact of insurance of the patient under compulsory medical insurance, obtaining his registration data in the compulsory medical insurance system, as well as transmitting insurance information;
• The possibility of attaching citizens to a medical organization on the basis of an electronic application to the IIA, including detachment, cancellation, as well as the transfer from the IIA of the result of processing applications;
• The possibility of transferring information to the regional subsystem for further transfer to the vertically integrated medical information system according to the profile "Oncology" (VIMIS.ONKO) - 10 new types of EMDs
• The possibility of transferring information to the regional subsystem for further transfer to the vertically integrated medical information system according to the profile "Obstetrics and Gynecology" (VIMIS.AKINEO) - 3 new types of EMD
• The possibility of transferring information to the regional subsystem for further transfer to the vertically integrated medical information system on the profile "Cardiovascular Diseases" (VIMIS.SSZ) - 2 new types of EMD.

A contract for the provision of services to expand the functional mechanisms of the medical information system of medical organizations was concluded with the Medical Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory.
