2022: Video tutorials for preparing employees of executive authorities to work with Russian software

On May 18, the company Softline announced that it had developed a series of video tutorials for operational training of employees of executive bodies authorities of the Arkhangelsk region and subordinate state institutions Arkhangelsk region in work the Russian OS in and office solutions.

To ensure that federal and regional executive bodies achieve the goals and objectives set under the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation program and support government agencies in switching to Russian software, Softline has developed audiovisual materials - video tutorials that demonstrate the main differences when working in Russian OS and applications.

In the interests of the Administration of the Arkhangelsk Region, a project was implemented in which Softline provided training materials to the executive authorities the Arkhangelsk Region and subordinate state institutions. Civil servants studied 23 video tutorials and gained knowledge about working in office applications and OS. It is worth noting that the video tutorial format is most effective for a mature audience. By watching the video, any employee can easily repeat similar actions when solving real tasks in the workplace.

To work with materials, a platform for distance learning and personnel development for desktops and mobile devices was also introduced. The administration of the region has the opportunity to set up a tool for mastering educational materials (for example, to make the course compulsory or set certain deadlines, to assign a study of material during working hours or in free from work), as well as to track the training process of each user. In the future, the IT service of the institution will be able to independently develop the platform by adding other educational content.
