Heating system, Kislovodsk (Settlings with the population)

Works on implementation of an automated system "Teploset are carried out: Settlings with the population" (based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 system), the Business of IT company developed by group in JSC Teploset (Kislovodsk). Project implementation on automation was charged to Business of IT group (Stavropol). System "Teploset: Settlings with the population" it is intended for calculation to subscribers of charges for consumption of thermal energy (heating, water heating), a cold water (including on are necessary hot water supply), rendering services of prof maintenance, for acceptance of payment and conducting settlement with subscribers, for calculation of a penalty fee, for conducting settlement on providing privileges with social security authorities and other partners.

The Teploset open joint stock company (Kislovodsk) since 1966 makes and implements thermal energy to the resort town of Kislovodsk. The main task of the enterprise is ensuring comfortable stay and life activity of heat consumers and hot water supply of the city.

As a result of product introduction "Heating system: Settlings with the population" were implemented by specialists of Business of IT company following features of a system:

• Automation of calculation of charges for the types of service set to rates, privileges and standards of consumption of services, a penalty fee.
• Possibilities of maintaining different types of accounting.
• Input and storage of primary information.
• Devices of calculation of charges for indications of individual counters, all-house metering devices, correction of charges according to indications.
• Recalculations of a rent for not provided services, for decline in quality of the provided services, for the last periods, recalculation for temporary leaving / arrival of residents, a possibility of calculation of a rent taking into account change of rates during the settlement period, mass recalculation of a rent.
• Reports on charges, payment, debt, privileges, for providing information to residents, given in bodies of social security.
• Number of service functions.

Specialists of Business of IT group provide user training to work in a system, 12 jobs are automated.
