Heating system, Zheleznovodsk (Settlings with the population)

The Teploset municipal unitary enterprise (Zheleznovodsk) services consumers of thermal energy, both physical, and legal entities. Before implementation of an automated system, the enterprise felt the need for automatic formation of documents on charges. Besides, for gain of control over completeness of charges it was necessary to implement accounting of implementation of thermal energy by objects of generation of heat and to solve some other tasks. The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of an automated system "Teploset: Settlings with the population", the developed Business of IT group.

Since April, 2010 system "Teploset: Settlings with the population" it is successfully used in Teploset Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the city of Zheleznovodsk. It is intended for calculation to subscribers of charges for consumption of thermal energy (heating, water heating), a cold water (including on are necessary hot water supply), rendering services of prof maintenance, for acceptance of payment and conducting settlement with subscribers, for calculation of a penalty fee, for conducting settlement on providing privileges with social security authorities and other partners.

As a result of system implementation "Heating system: Settlings with the population" were implemented by specialists of Business of IT company following features of a system:

• Automation of calculation of charges for the types of service set to rates, privileges and standards of consumption of services, a penalty fee.
• Possibilities of maintaining different types of accounting.
• Input and storage of primary information.
• Devices of calculation of charges for indications of individual counters. all-house metering devices, correction of charges according to indications.
• Recalculations of a rent for not provided services, for decline in quality of the provided services, for the last periods, recalculation for temporary leaving / arrival of residents, a possibility of calculation of a rent taking into account change of rates during the settlement period, mass recalculation of a rent.
• Reports on charges, payment, debt, privileges, for providing information to residents, given in bodies of social security.
• Number of service functions.
