In January, 2008 in Pyatigorskteploservice company the works on implementation of an automated system "the Heating system were completed: Settlings with the population" (based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 system), developed by Business of IT company. A system is intended for calculation to subscribers of charges for consumption of thermal energy (heating, water heating), a cold water (including on are necessary hot water supply), rendering services of prof maintenance, for acceptance of payment and conducting settlement with subscribers, for calculation of a penalty fee, for conducting settlement on providing privileges with social security authorities and other partners.

Pyatigoskteploservice LLC is the heatsupplying organization of the city of Pyatigorsk. Its share in total production and implementation of heat for housing-and-municipal needs of the city of Pyatigorsk makes about 80%. The enterprise not only makes heat, but also performs complex service of all fabrication cycle by the principle "from heat source to the heating device".

As a result of product introduction "Heating system: Settlings with the population" were implemented by specialists of Business of IT company following features of a system:
