Task

Implementation of a credit pipeline for small and medium-sized businesses based on the licensed version of Camunda Enterprise commissioned by Raiffeisen Bank.

Project Description

Innovative People has implemented the first and only project in Russia based on Camunda Enterprise as of 2020.

The project to create a credit pipeline at Raiffeisen Bank is unique in Russia: this is the only implementation of the Camunda Enterprise license.

What was done:

  • Streamlining of the system of issuing loans to legal entities within the framework of the implementation of targeted programs of the Government of the Russian Federation;
  • Acceleration of the design factory financings Raiffeisen Bank due to automation and use of special ones; algorithms
  • Selection of employees and delegation of tasks to the personnel involved in the project financing factories.

Tasks to be solved

At the time of the launch of MVP, the system ensured the operation of the following stages to coordinate the issuance of a loan:

  • Receipt of the application completed by the client on the bank's website.
  • Perform checks of basic conditions, receive scoring.
  • Conducting inspections of credit history bureaus.
  • Inform the customer when the application status changes.
  • Transfer of the application data to the bank's repository (if the application status changes).
  • Decision on the application by the underwriter.

These stages are key when making decisions on loan applications, and until the moment of automation were implemented in disparate systems: to record the data of a loan application, check the credit history, check the application by risk managers.

Some of the processes have been decomposed into smaller subprocesses. The top-level process is divided into a number of steps - the main stages of approval of the requisition, some of these steps, in turn, were decomposed into lower-level subprocesses.

One of the main goals of the project was to minimize manual operations of employees, which was successfully implemented, and within mvp there is only one user task - the task of making a decision by the underwriter on the basis of inspections and certain scoring.

The remaining tasks have been automated and are carried out without human participation.

These are tasks: receiving an application from the bank's website, conducting inspections of basic conditions, receiving scoring, conducting inspections of the credit history bureau, informing the client when the application status changes, transmitting the application data to the bank's repository (when the application status changes).

Interaction with existing bank systems, as well as external services was carried out in 2 ways: through the banking bus and Point-to-Point (data exchange directly between systems)
