2022: Migrate to 1C in Yandex.Cloud
On February 2, 2022, EAE-Consult announced the completion of the migration enterprise systems SAP at 1C. Yandex Cloud
The prerequisites of the project to migrate SAP systems to 1C were organizational changes in the company, high cost of ownership of SAP systems, changing approaches to formation and work with management reporting.
In-house SAP 1C migration project in Yandex Cloud includes:
- the accounting systems of two companies, including the SAP HCM personnel system and the SAP S/4HANA 1909 ERP system, located in the Yandex Cloud and
- IT infrastructure deployment for "1C: Accounting 8 CORP (Revision 8.3)" and
"1C: Payroll and HR Management of CORP (Revision 3)" in Yandex Cloud;
- set up integration with external systems, including [[SED 'electronic system
Workflow]] Directum RX
- Transfer data from SAP to 1C
- Transfer management reporting to an external DSS system.
According to the results of the project, reliability and ease of operation of the accounts are ensured systems, service availability (SLA) 99.95 percent, remote access and reduction IT infrastructure costs.
