HCM Bridge to the Cloud is the program designed to help clients to transfer HR processes to a cloud.

2018: Release
The SAP company announced on January 10, 2018 release of the HCM Bridge to the Cloud program which will be useful to clients of the company at SAP implementation of ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) including in a cloud. Service will facilitate migration on a cloud solution of SAP SuccessFactors at the expense of the accurate recommendations, exact forecasting of results, reductions of an estimation period and formation of business processes.
Thanks to migration on a cloud solution of SAP SuccessFactors of the company will be able:
- Review and simplify HR processes using the standardized and optimized business processes.
- Create more attractive conditions for personnel, having passed from "HR technologies" to "technologies for people".
