2022: Creation of a platform for environmentally friendly dismissal of employees

TalentTech May 25, 2022 announced the creation of a platform for eco-friendly dismissal employees - a mobile application with an outplacement track.

According to TalentTech's "HR Storm - 2022 Employer Response to new conditions in the labor market, "every fifth employer (21%) has already begun reduce employees. That is, 21% of companies need ready-made tips on how to properly carry out employee layoffs - with the least damage to the HR brand and with the greatest benefit to those dismissed. Most often it is IT and manufacturing companies, as well as large business with a staff of more than 1000 man.

This is a ready-made green layoff scenario with materials to prepare for specialist to enter the labor market.

Employee downloads TalentTech mobile app, moves on track, decides tasks, receives practical advice and forms a list of interesting vacancies, thus preparing to enter a new place of work.

The finished outplacement track includes:

In the application, the employee goes through six levels, each of which contains important practical information:

  • Level 2 - compiling resumes, training in adapting resumes to different positions and companies, tips for describing work experience, hard and soft skills, compiling a cover letter and portfolio;
  • Level 3 - tips for conducting a telephone interview, training in speech and self-presentation techniques;
  • Level 4 - preparation for an interview (online and offline), smalltalk skills;
  • Level 5 - the content of the compensation package, training in comparing conditions and negotiating tactics;
  • Level 6 - the structure of the ofer, discussion of the proposed conditions, a test for the consolidation of the knowledge gained.
