At the end of May 2022, it became known about the investments of the billionaire and co-founder of the Technonikol corporation Igor Rybakov in Althaus. According to the press service of the consulting company, the entrepreneur received 25% of Althaus. At the same time, the volume of investments is not disclosed. According to Forbes, we are talking about hundreds of millions of rubles.

It is noted that by 2028 Igor Rybakov intends to acquire 100% of the company, for this he may need an additional 3 billion rubles - the final amount of the transaction will depend on the financial performance of the company.

Thanks to these investments, Althaus expects to become the largest operator in the consulting (non-audit) services market. Russia At the same time, Igor Rybakov himself will become the chairman of the company's advisory board, and his representative, Roman Ulyanov, will join the board of directors.
