More than 460 schools in the Tula region will receive free Russian office software "MyOffice"

2022: MyOffice Education Solution Delivery Plan for 460 Schools

The Ministry of Education of the Tula Region has concluded a cooperation agreement with MyOffice, which was announced by the latter on June 2, 2022. The corresponding document was signed by the Minister of Education of the Tula Region Alevtina Sheveleva and the commercial director of MyOffice Elena Nepochatova.

Under the terms of the agreement, more than 460 schools in the Tula region will receive a set of desktop applications "MyOffice Education" free of charge. In addition, educational institutions in the region will be able to purchase other MyOffice products - for example, "MyOffice Private Cloud 2," the mail system "MyOffice Mail 2" - at a favorable cost.

Along with "MyOffice Education," general education institutions of the region will also receive free of charge an electronic manual "ABC MyOffice," specially prepared for elementary school students. The use of "ABC MyOffice" in the educational process was approved by experts in the field of education, in particular - teachers of the Moscow City Pedagogical University.

Signing an agreement with MyOffice for the Tula region is an important step in the systematic work to provide educational institutions with software products and solutions of Russian production. It is no less important that the subject of cooperation will be the acquisition of new digital competencies by our teachers, - commented Alevtina Sheveleva, Minister of Education of the Tula Region.

As a manufacturer of Russian software, we are extremely interested in creating an environment in which the conditions for the development of digital competencies for all children are based on the latest developments. As of May 2022, more than 9 thousand educational organizations throughout the country are using our products, we are glad to transfer the set of safe Russian office software now to schools in the Tula region, - commented Elena Nepochatova, commercial director of MyOffice.
