2022: Conducting a survey with "TalentTech.Surveys"
On June 6, 2022, TalentTech reported that PERI companies measured employee engagement and satisfaction on the TalentTech.Survey platform. The study involved more than 400 people: office workers, production and warehouse employees.
PERI conducts engagement research every year, and now it was especially important to study the mood of teams, their condition and loyalty, while finding the most suitable methodology and flexible provider.
PERI worked with a major foreign provider for several years. The decision to change it was made in order to find the most different approaches to the study of involvement and convenience of working with results. Important for the company was the customer orientation of the HR solution provider and its methodology, tested on a large number of employees. At the same time, the transition to another platform was supposed to be comfortable for employees, HR specialists and managers.
To make the transition to a new HR solution invisible, PERI used the TalentTech consulting service: the HRTech developer team compared the methodology of the previous provider with its own, found similar factors by which it will be possible to measure the dynamics, and added to the study additional questions important to the customer.
Thanks to the friendly design and easy navigation of the TalentTech Surveys platform, engagement research was comfortable for employees. So, before the study, the employee received a letter by mail stating that a survey was available to him. Those who do not have email received links to it through SMS alerts. The study itself took no more than 15 minutes. In addition to answering closed questions, detailed comments and feedback could be left on the TalentTech Polls platform. Artificial intelligence analyzed all detailed responses of respondents, distributed them into categories and assessed tonality. This allowed HRs and executives to quickly conduct in-depth analysis of comments to learn about key issues that concern employees and to better understand the sentiment within teams.
87% of PERI employees participated in the study. This result was achieved thanks to a reminder system and a visual content content content that is understandable to the user. TalentTech platform Surveys helped involve employees in the study. To do this, the communication materials included in the PR package from the platform - posters and banners for social networks - were used, which were adapted by the company to its own design.
PERI HR specialists worked to explain the importance of the study, as well as held meetings with employees and managers.
Immediately after the study, PERI HR specialists had access to a report with employee responses and detailed analytics. According to the results of the study, the PERI employee engagement index was 81%. This means that they have a high degree of understanding of the tasks of the business and have a desire to fulfill them qualitatively, they are loyal to the company and strive to become an active part of the team.
We conduct an engagement study every year, so when changing platforms, it was important for us to use a verified methodology. So, after receiving the survey results, we held a meeting of managers with TalentTech methodologies. This was necessary so that the leaders could themselves ask the questions that interest them, and further develop this communication within the teams. The survey itself was quite understandable and simple, it was easy to pass it, and our employees spent 10-15 minutes on it, depending on who answered the open questions in as much detail, - commented Svetlana Gryzlova, head of the Engagement project at PERI. |
It was important for PERI that the study results were accessible and understandable not only to HR professionals but also to managers. That is why the final analytics is accompanied by hints on the HR Zero principle, when any leader can look at the dashboard and understand the situation by his team. The system automatically generates hints that change depending on the results of the department. In addition to priority metrics, the system immediately offers best practices for increased engagement, which were collected by our HR experts at leading-edge companies around the world. For example, for PERI, our system recommended strengthening positions on career development of employees, compiling a competency matrix, publishing stories of successful promotions within the company at general meetings and forming an internal personnel reserve, "said Marina Buldovskaya, head of the TalentTech HCM platform Surveys module. |
