CorpSoft24 automated the workflow processes of Ever Neuro Pharma

The company CorpSoft24 on June 9, 2022 announced the implementation of a project to automate workflow for LLC EVER Neuro Pharma on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise platform.

By 2021, the dynamics of business development of EVER Neuro Pharma LLC demanded the transfer of more processes to an automated format for quick processing of documents. The volume of paper document circulation of the company increased. Searching, processing, transferring documents took a long time. Due to the large number of manual operations, the risk of errors increased.

We made a decision on the basis of the existing 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform to introduce the 1C: Document Flow Management 8 electronic document management system of the enterprise, which would solve the most relevant task at that time - to transfer the process of coordinating advertising materials from postal systems to EDMS, - said Natalya Boyarskaya, Quality Assurance Manager of EVER Neuro Pharma LLC.

CorpSoft24 specialists implemented the project in a month and a half. As part of the implementation, five templates of different types of advertising products were developed. In addition, an ad routing process was created based on product identification.

As a result, all the main goals of the project were fulfilled: increasing the transparency of document management processes, executive discipline, monitoring the execution of orders, reducing the volume of paper document management. As well as reducing the time and eliminating errors in paperwork, ensuring control and increasing the speed of processing, consideration and approval of documents.

The Customer has received an electronic document management system, the functions of which include the marketing product approval process. The first results already show the high efficiency of the implemented solution: the customer's approval time for advertising products has been reduced by five days, - said Dmitry Puchkov, Deputy General Director of CorpSoft24.

In addition, the process of determining the fair market value of lecture activity was automated using the 1C: Document Management software solution.

During the project, CorpSoft24 specialists implemented the integration of the 1C: Document Flow system with the existing 1C: Salary and Personnel Management program at the customer. More than 200 documents on the process of determining the market value of lecture activity were uploaded to the system, the necessary databases were created, quick reporting on the conducted lecture activities and employee control was implemented. As a result, the activities of five divisions were automated, with a total of about 150 end users. Automation of this process will allow you to process more than 1000 different process documents per year, which were previously processed manually by employees of different departments.
