Task
The customer needed to develop a website with information about the products of Russian food production in order to share the diversity of Russian cuisine with the world. Russian manufacturers have received a convenient tool for demonstrating their products to foreign buyers: the goods are distributed among the pavilions of the countries in which they are planned to be sold.
Execution
The Good Food Russia project has two target audiences - foreign partners and entrepreneurs interested in wholesale purchases of goods, and representatives of Russian companies that put products up for sale. Therefore, we created an interface as a platform for marketing promotion and business communication with potential consumers.
Features of the site:
- Nesting. The site consists of a general catalog and pavilions nested in it,,, and China Vietnam. UAE The Egypt general catalog contains cards of all goods with a brief description and information about the place of production, the country of import and the pavilion of the country in which it can be purchased. The item count counter shows how many products customers can order in bulk.
- Multilingualism. The sections were translated into English, Russian and the language of the pavilion itself and the peculiarities of the languages were taken into account. For example, the RTL standard is connected so that in the Arabic version the text is displayed from right to left. The native language of users gives REC the opportunity to inform visitors from different countries and attract new customers.
- Convenient work with the content part. Pavilion employees can quickly make changes and invite users to cooperate. Pop-up notifications have also been developed: subscription to manufacturers' news, Interactive map.
To become a member of Good Food Russia and add their products to the shelf, manufacturers can leave a request in the section with an interactive map. It clearly shows in which countries REC is already promoting Russian goods. Bilateral communication is provided, therefore, when clicking on the country, a site visitor will see the contacts of the desired pavilion and will be able to leave an application for wholesale purchase.
Result
- A graphic design concept and site structure have been developed. Translated sections into several languages.
- Interface and navigation is designed.
- An adaptive site has been built and integrated into 1C-Bitrix.
- Testing and preparation of instructions for the client to work with the site was carried out.
The implementation of the project took 100 days.
