Content

Task

eSolutions is a subsidiary of Otto Group Russia. It is a logistics center that provides services for receiving goods from the supplier, storing, picking, sorting, sending parcels and processing returns. The company has been successfully launching e-commerce for large Russian fashion retailers for more than 10 years.

eSolutions offers its customers a ready-made technical solution for e-commerce: fast integration online store, with the ability to exchange data with ERP the client's system, automated reporting. So that eSolutions customers can receive an analysis of information the efficiency of the sales funnel, we have developed a tool for them to visualization of data : to trade how many products were sold, how many returns were, which delivery services customers used most often.

Execution

It was necessary to develop a web application with a set of visual graphic elements: information on turnover, orders, buyers, financial indicators and conversion indicators.

eSolutions Dashboards Stakeholders:

  • An administrator is a user who manages the operation of the service and customer companies.
  • The user is the eSolutions client company.

Customer companies can now track order statistics and the dynamics of their sales. A service has been developed with the following sections: "Sales," "Finance," "Goods" and "Buyers." The Data Table, Data Graph, Key Metrics, and Sales Funnel information blocks were displayed on each page to make it easier for users to perceive the numbers and correlate them. Users can select a date range, as well as sort by value, number of items, buyers, conversion, and average check.

Also, filters on payment methods and on the source of the order are placed in dashboards. The resulting charts give customers the opportunity to clearly assess the distribution of conversion by order for the entire selected period in the form of a sales funnel and adjust strategies. With eSolution Dashboards, retailers can gain comprehensive analysis on key online sales operational processes within a single company without using third-party end-to-end analytics tools.
