2022: Launch of the Elementary Data Markup Service

The press service of Sberbank announced on June 14, 2022 the launch of the data marking service Elementary (the project of ActiveBusinessConsult, part of the Sberbank Group). The service has become available as a platform for additional earnings for bank employees on parental leave. More than 5 thousand mothers have already been involved in the pilot group: to start work, it is enough to register as self-employed and log in to the platform. Performers can independently choose the amount of tasks and the number of working hours. Payments are made twice a month - the most active "teachers of artificial intelligence" can earn an average of 15 thousand rubles. It is important that the status of self-employed will not affect the right of a woman to receive child care benefits up to one and a half years. All mothers of Sberbank who are on maternity leave can take advantage of the opportunity for part-time work: as of June 2022, there are 40 thousand of them.

We do everything to ensure that our employees continue to feel the care and support of the company during the parental leave: they receive all corporate privileges and gifts, are in touch with colleagues, have access to the news of their teams. We are glad that now we can provide Sberbank's mothers with the opportunity to earn additional money and master artificial intelligence training skills. In 2023, we will offer several more options for part-time work,
said Natalia Dudina, Senior Vice President, Head of HR Sberbank

The Elementary platform gives freelancers the opportunity to earn extra money and is designed to quickly mark up a large amount of data, which will later be used to improve algorithms and machine learning.
