On June 16, 2022, SberMedII introduced Digital FAP, a hardware and software complex for mobile diagnostics. It is diagnostic equipment assembled in a compact case for safe transportation and storage, with an Internet connection and services based on artificial intelligence.

According to the company, the digital FAP optimizes the effectiveness of primary health care and medical examination in feldsher-obstetric centers. The hardware and software complex can provide communication between medical and preventive institutions (LPU) and hard-to-reach settlements, allowing the rural population to receive a whole range of examinations, scheduled and emergency consultations from specialized specialists of the central hospitals of the region.

The basic kit of the Digital FAP includes: electrocardiograph, tonometer, blood analyzer (glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides), thermometer, urine analyzer, pulse oximeter. Additionally, the following can be installed in the complex: an otoscope, a portable ultrasound apparatus, a fluorograph or an X-ray apparatus, Holter monitoring and other equipment.

As of June 2022, the hardware and software complex was piloted in 9 regions of Russia. It directly connects to the platform of the Medical Digital Diagnostic Center, which combines more than 50 developments and solutions of SberMedII, including CT of the Lungs, CT Stroke, smart assistant to the TOP-3 doctor, as well as services of partner companies.

Digital FAP can provide access to specialized medical care in rural and remote areas. The use of screening systems based on artificial intelligence technologies helps to timely identify patients with pathologies, prevent the development of chronic diseases, and also prioritizes clinical cases by severity. Analysis of ECG using AI optimizes the accuracy and quality of diagnostics, as well as the speed of processing research results, on which human life may depend, and allows you to automatically collect cardiograms in the patient's electronic medical record.

The equipment has registration certificates of Roszdravnadzor, the information system for the doctor is included in the Register of Russian software. The medical devices of the complex are integrated with medical information systems (MIS and RMIS), this saves the doctor's time in filling out electronic medical records and allows you to quickly send examinations through secure communication channels to the attending doctor and to the platform of the Medical Digital Diagnostic Center.
