Frontty has implemented the ITSM 365 cloud desk service. The system became the core of the company's business and provided a proper level of customer service.

Frontty provides services to small businesses and customers at the federal level, for which service partners are involved in all major cities of Russia. Thanks to the implementation of ITSM 365 Frontty, it was possible to establish interaction between all participants in the service process.

Verified service engineers log into the IT system and begin to work with requests from company customers. Requests for specified rules are assigned to the engineer. At the same time, all the necessary information is immediately available in the system: on regulations, maintenance object, equipment. Then the engineer goes to the facility, performs the work and, following the results, reports through the mobile application. Thus, the performance of the performers and the proper quality of service are ensured.

For customers, ITSM 365 has optimized process transparency. Each submitted application in appearance: from the moment of receipt to its closure. Any change in application status is easy to track through our system.

In turn, Frontty service partners received a stable channel of additional profit thanks to ITSM 365, clear processes, understandable SLAs and a convenient interface for processing applications. Access to the web office allows the dispatcher to distribute applications for engineers, for whom the mobile application has become an indispensable assistant. Through it, he can upload all reporting to the system as soon as he completes the application.
