2021: Development of the Roadmap for the Development of the Project Management System of Komos Group
Project Practice Group helped Komos Group develop a Roadmap for the development of the project management system.
During the joint project, a survey of the project management system and a working session were held with the participation of key stakeholders of the company. The road map formed as a result of the work identified specific measures for the development of the DMS and outlined promising areas of development for the coming years.
