2021: Development of the second revision of the Corporate Standard "Project Management"
The Design Practice Group helped JSC RASU to develop and implement the second revision of the Corporate Standard "Project Management." The basis for development was the software and methodological complex "PM Forsyth."
The document systematizes the project management methodology, defines a single terminology, the structure of the project portfolio, their types and stages of the life cycle, and also describes a single system of management processes for all projects of JSC RASU.
