2022: Implementation of the project management methodology at PJSC Seligdar
The Design Practice Group of Companies has developed a project management methodology for PJSC Seligdar. The basis for development was the software and methodological complex "PM Forsyth."
Within the framework of the project, the main methodological solutions were formed, a set of regulatory documents was prepared, regulations on pilot projects were tested.
We also trained managers and key specialists to work within the framework of new approaches to managing projects of different types.
