2022: Launch of the "Corporate School of Production"

On June 29, 2022, ProductStar Online University announced the launch of the Corporate Production School, an internal corporate training format aimed at strengthening the business and entrepreneurial skills of the company's leaders.

The program is based on the principles of the product approach. Employees protect the diploma on their product by changing and improving it during the training process. The training is aimed at both IT block managers and commercial and operational managers of the company. Educational ProductStar allows you to learn in the latest blended learning format, combining online and face-to-face meetings, mobile access and communication between course participants.

The "Corporate School of Production" uses its own training methodology - DUCK framework, which as of June 2022 includes more than 200 skills for the assignment and training of employees in the product approach. The methodology was developed by ProductStar and is based on the experience of product transformation of more than 50 Russian and foreign product companies in the working group of employees of these companies Senior and C-level level.

To evaluate the effectiveness of the company's built "Corporate School of Production," ProductStar facilitated the evaluation of the effectiveness of training and developed an intelligent SkillsetIQ system that includes skill assembly, building competency maps and personalizing student educational routes.

Each profession (product manager, analyst, programmer, project, marketing manager, etc.) is divided into assessment tests compiled by market experts. Based on the test results, a competency map is filled in for each employee. On this basis, a personal card of employee development is formed from courses, additional platforms and personal mentoring.
