2015: Implementation of Information System Budgeting and Contract Management

Project objectives

The main goals of the project were:

• Unification of filling out Budget applications by all Central Federal District
• Web service development, integration with contract management system
• Lack of analytical sections in the accounting system when collecting Fact

Project Solution and Progress

The information system is based on Solution 1C: Holding Management. Thus, within the framework of the project, the following budgeting and contract management processes were automated:

• Formation and approval of the Customer's annual Budget
• Adjustment of the Customer's annual Budget
• Control over execution of the Customer's Budget
• Preparation of reports on execution of the Customer's Budget
• Contract Execution Control

Project results

The system has set up the required budget and contract management functionality, namely:

• You have configured to complete, approve, and approve department budget requests
• Budget Limits Management Set Up
• The required budget reporting forms have been set up
• Set up to automatically retrieve actual data from the accounting system based on the software product 1C: Accounting 8
• Configured to upload master budgets in 52 view formats
• Web services are configured to integrate with the document management system on the EMC Documentum platform
• When agreeing on the terms of contracts, automatic control is set up to comply with budget limits
• The required assistive analytical reports have been set up
