2015: Implementation of Information System Budgeting and Contract Management
Project objectives
The main goals of the project were:
- Unification of filling out Budget applications by all Central Federal District
- Web service development, integration with contract management system
- Lack of analytical sections in the accounting system when collecting Fact
Project Solution and Progress
The information system is based on Solution 1C: Holding Management. Thus, within the framework of the project, the following budgeting and contract management processes were automated:
- Formation and approval of the Customer's annual Budget
- Adjustment of the Customer's annual Budget
- Control over execution of the Customer's Budget
- Preparation of reports on execution of the Customer's Budget
- Contract Execution Control
Project results
The system has set up the required budget and contract management functionality, namely:
- You have configured to complete, approve, and approve department budget requests
- Budget Limits Management Set Up
- The required budget reporting forms have been set up
- Set up to automatically retrieve actual data from the accounting system based on the software product 1C: Accounting 8
- Configured to upload master budgets in 52 view formats
- Web services are configured to integrate with the document management system on the EMC Documentum platform
- When agreeing on the terms of contracts, automatic control is set up to comply with budget limits
- The required assistive analytical reports have been set up
