2022: Introduction of Okdesk help desk

The engineering company "Brig" switched from a foreign IT solution to the domestic help desk system Okdesk. Thanks to this, the company reduced the cost of using the system for automating the maintenance of technical security equipment (TSB), increased the efficiency of field engineers and the level of loyalty of its customers. Okdesk (Cloud Solutions) announced this on July 4, 2022.

Previously, the technical service of BRIG used [[BPMonline (now called Creatio). This is an expensive IT product, so it was economically unprofitable for the organization to use it.

Because of this, the company's management decided to switch to the Okdesk help desk system, as it is affordable. And most importantly, it was designed taking into account the peculiarities of the TSB maintenance processes.

The company quickly implemented the Okdesk cloud help desk system. Okdesk's technical support department quickly helped set up all processes for the requirements of the organization.

The visiting specialists of the company "BRIG" did not have any problems to learn how to work in the system, since it has a simple and convenient interface, ready-made presets.

Thanks to Okdesk, the chief engineer now has the opportunity to control the work of field specialists. It tracks the individual production of each and records the fact of the work.

Customers of the company can now see the results of the work done on their applications using the application or client portal: photos, comments, reports. This allows them to predict the repair work of the tank farm.
