New members enter HCC Stankin on the principles of cash desk of mutual assistance, accumulate shares (money). On shares of members of HCC the cooperative regularly (in process of accumulation on the account of HCC of certain apartments of the amounts, sufficient for purchase) purchases housing, including, located in new buildings. All housing purchased by HCC Stankin for protection of shares of members of HCC is subject to insurance. The apartments purchased on shares are the all-share property of all members of cooperative.
