On July 8, 2022, the Ministry of Digital Science announced that the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug had independently "assembled" and brought its regional service through the designer to the unified portal of Public services. Now residents of the district will be able to apply to State Public services in order to receive payment for the anniversary of married life.

A visual designer is a special approach to the design of digital public services. The task of this technology is to increase the speed of assembly of interfaces and enable departments and regions to quickly withdraw and adjust their services on a single portal on their own. 42 federal departments and 6 regions are already operating in the visual designer of services. Federal services designed through the designer began to appear back in March, and now the regions have joined this list. The first such entity was the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Yamal has a large territory, there are remote, inaccessible settlements. Therefore, remote services for him are a great need. Now the region will be able to quickly and comfortably digitize services, and residents will be able to receive even more electronic socially significant services, "said Dmitry Oguryaev, deputy head of the Ministry of Digital Science.

Thanks to the visual designer, specialists in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug were able to quickly translate the social service "Provision of a lump sum payment to family couples in connection with the anniversary of married life" into electronic form. This payment is due to spouses who have been married for 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 years.
