2020: Automation of business processes

The Gorky Film Studio for Children and Youth Films (JSC) is one of the oldest and largest in Russia. Over the years, the film studio has released more than a thousand films, many of which were included in the gold fund of domestic and world cinema.

According to information as of July 2022, the studio owns 3.4 hectares of land, equipment and premises that are available for rent: offices, pavilions and studios. An efficient automation system is required to manage your own property and lease individual real estate objects.

It was decided to automate the company's business processes using the company's software product "1C: Real Estate and Lease Management of CORP."

As a result, the following tasks were solved:

  • Maintaining a register of real estate objects;
  • Real estate accounting is set up: receipt, disposal, transfer;
  • You have set up accounting for all types of real estate contracts;
  • Automated accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of concluded contracts;
  • Automated accounting of changes in the terms of lease agreements;
  • Automated accounting and control of the conditions for calculating penalties, calculation of penalties according to the specified conditions;
  • Set up batch generation and printing of documents on mutual settlements with tenants;
  • Automated accounting of settlements with tenants in the context of various analysts, including: period, rental object, contract service;
  • Automatic accrual of constant and variable rent;
  • The original management reporting unit was formed;
  • A graphic reporting of the rental unit has been formed on the basis of site placement plans;
  • Print forms of contracts and applications to them are configured in MS Word format based on templates connected from external files.

Advantages of the new information system:

  • the time to perform routine operations, such as issuing monthly rental bills, has been reduced;
  • working with debtors has become more effective, it has become possible to apply and control penalties in a timely manner.

As a result, the overall manageability of the company has increased.

The plans include scaling the system to other properties of the company.
