2019: Creation of a unified information system for accounting

LLC Kozhukhovskaya-Invest"" is the owner of one of the largest entertainment trade centers in Moscow with an area of ​ ​ 134,000 square meters - the Mosaika shopping and entertainment center. The main activity of the company is leasing its own space and management. real estate

Before the start of the automation project, several disparate databases were used for accounting in the company, which created problems such as duplication of information, discrepancies in accruals, the need to attract resources for control, and the formation of management reporting in manual mode.

It was decided to consolidate the information and switch to accounting in a single information system based on the specialized industry solution "1C: Rental and Real Estate Management" based on "1C: Accounting 8."

During the implementation of the automation project, the following tasks were solved:

• Implemented transfer data from disparate bases to a single information system.
• Terms of contracts are loaded.
• The maintenance of the register of real estate objects is systematized.
• Automated accounting of contracts for the operation of real estate objects, including all conditions under the contract necessary for automated settlements.
• Automated accounting of receivables in accordance with the terms of contracts.
• Sales charges have been realized, taking into account the company's peculiarities.
• The requirements for accounting of contracts in UE (special procedure for calculating the amount of VAT for sales) have been implemented.
• Management reporting package implemented

As a result, the resulting system ensured the ability to maintain management and accounting records for real estate leases, simplified the exchange of information between divisions, and accelerated the formation of management reports. As a result, the quality of the company's management has improved.
