2020: Enabling 3D Visualization Subsystem
In November 2020, the 3D visualization subsystem was included in the 1C: Rental and Real Estate Management software product. The mechanism helps to improve the efficiency of real estate management by applying the technology of visualization of three-dimensional models of buildings and floor plans in the 1C window.

Rental and real estate management, "intended for owners of commercial real estate, management companies, development structures. The configuration takes into account the industry specifics of companies whose activities are related to real estate management.
The new version of the configuration "Rental and Real Estate Management" for "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was developed on the basis of version 1.3 of the standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 technological platform. The new version of the configuration "Lease and Real Estate Management" for "1C: Accounting 8" was developed on the basis of version 2.0 of the standard solution "1C: Accounting 8" based on the technological platform "1C: Enterprise 8.1."
The Lease and Real Estate Management configuration allows you to increase the efficiency of companies by automating processes for maintaining real estate registry accounting, managing lease agreements and settlements with tenants, and managing the operation of real estate objects.
The development of the software product took into account the experience of implementation at such enterprises as CJSC Troika Dialog Management Company, CBI Richard Ellis LLC, ROSATOM State Corporation, AURI Group of Companies, Technopark Slava OJSC, Centurion Alliance CJSC, T-Development Company, Paris Commune CJSC, MOSSKLAD LLC and other (more than 100 organizations of various scale and profile).
As a result of the implementation and operation of the product, its functionality has been significantly expanded. In the Lease and Real Estate Management configuration, the following new features have been added for 1C: Accounting 8 Rev. 2.0:
- convenient entry of initial residues;
- implementation of the agency scheme of settlements with the owner of real estate objects (sublease);
- development of the penalty mechanism;
- accounting of cash returns from tenants;
- the possibility of specifying a schedule for changing rates for services in lease agreements;
- development of possibilities of working with graphical plans of objects arrangement;
- other innovations.
These opportunities are also planned to be implemented in the new releases of the "Rental and Real Estate Management" configuration for "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" rev. 1.3. during Q1 2011

Subsystem "Real Estate Register Management"
- Maintaining a hierarchical directory of real estate objects with the ability to add arbitrary characteristics and bind any electronic documents;
- Fast loading of site plans using a scanner (for example, based on the BTI plan);
- Prompt viewing of real estate placement on the plan;
- Registration of arbitrary statuses of real estate objects for a given period - free, in reserve, under repair, rented, etc.;
- Formation of a register of real estate objects.
Lease Management Subsystem
- The ability to divide the rent into permanent (rental of premises) and variable (charged services) parts;
- Flexible management of rates and tariffs for services, storage of the history of changes in rates and tariffs;
- Creation of graphical reporting containing plans for the placement of objects, with color highlighting of objects depending on their status and displaying the necessary information on tenants;

Information protection
The company 1C"" received a certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 20.07.2010, issued, FSTEC Russia which confirms that the protected software complex (ZPK), version 1C: Enterprise 8.2z, is recognized as a general-purpose software tool with built-in means information protection from unauthorized access (NSD) to information that does not contain information constituting a state secret. Based on the results of certification, compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents on protection against NSD -5 class, on the level of control of the absence of undeclared capabilities was confirmed (EID) according to level 4 of control, the possibility of using for creating automated systems has been confirmed (NP) up to the security class of 1G (i.e. NPs ensuring the protection of confidential information in LAN) inclusive, as well as for the protection of information in personal data information systems (ISDS) up to and including class K1.
Certified platform instances are marked with conformity signs from No. G 420000 to No. G 429999.
All configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (for example, 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8, 1C: Rental and Real Estate Management 8, etc.) can be used to create a personal data information system of any class and additional certification of application solutions is not required.
