2020: Transition to "1C: Real Estate and Lease Management Corp"

Capital Management Management is a dynamically developing company operating in the real estate management market since 2005. Today, the company's management facilities are six multi-brand shopping centers "Capital" of the small regional complex format, with a total area of ​ ​ more than 50 thousand square meters.

The growth of the company provoked a complication of management processes and demanded to revise the requirements for the current information system. As a result, it was decided to switch to the modern 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3 and the 1C: Real Estate and Lease Management software product KORP.

During the implementation of the automation project, the following tasks were solved:

• Ported data from platform 1C: Enterprise 7.7 to platform: 1C Enterprise 8.3
• Systematized maintenance of the register of real estate objects
• Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of concluded contracts is set up.
• Batch generation and printing of documents on mutual settlements with tenants (acts, invoices) are set up.
• Debugging the accounting of settlements with tenants in the context of additional analysts: period, rental object, contract service.
• Automatic accrual of constant and variable rent.
• Division of accounting by subdivisions
• The mechanism of automatic distribution of agency services is implemented
• Management reporting package implemented
• Created a package of specialized templates for printing documents
