2022: Transition to the information system based on 1C: Real Estate and Lease Management Corp
LLC Tamerlan"" is the founder of the shopping chain of supermarkets "Purchase." As of July 2022, the chain has 311 stores in various areas Russia with a total staff of more than 5500 people.
The company leases a large amount of space, which makes the process of maintaining and controlling the lease very relevant. Employees of the company used accounting systems based on 1C, but the growth of the company and the commissioning of FSBU 25/2018 made it an urgent task to take into account industry specifics.
To improve the efficiency of lease management, it was decided to switch to an information system based on the 1C: Real Estate and Lease Management of KORP product developed by ELIAS VC.
The main goals set for the partner were to save the historical data of the working system, to automate the business processes of the enterprise related to the management of contracts and mutual settlements for leased real estate objects, including the maintenance of register accounting of objects, the formation of specialized analytical reporting.
As a result of the project, the following tasks were solved:
- Loading historical data, contractual terms and initial balances from "1C: Integrated Automation";
- Formation of initial OS data for FSBU 25/2018;
- Distribution of advance payments to real estate objects;
- Maintaining a unified register of leased real estate;
- Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of concluded contracts;
- Automation of contract prolongation and settlement adjustment procedures;
- Formation of a register of lease agreements;
- Calculation and tracking of payment dates;
- Automation of payment request generation processes;
- Reconciliation of accounts with internal payment calculations;
- Dunning system;
- Accounting of settlements with landlords;
- Reconciliation of settlements and invoices with contractual conditions.
The results of the implementation project were:
- Reduce data entry errors;
- Reduce labor costs for routine data entry and validation operations;
- Ensure that data is structured;
- Prompt receipt of analytical data and formation of management reports;
- Improve the efficiency of company management.
