Pavel Degtyar was born in 1981 in the city of Zarechny, Penza Region.

Education

In 2004 he graduated from Samara State Medical University with a degree in medical medicine, and in 2007 - from the Saratov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in jurisprudence, as well as from the UV RANEPA, the Faculty of Economics and Management, and the correspondence department.

Career

2005-2010

Until 2005, he worked in the Penza Regional Psychiatric Hospital named after K.R. Evgrafov, then as a psychiatrist in the medical unit No. 59 of the FMBA of Russia in Penza.

From November 2006 to September 2007 - Chief Specialist of the Penza Health Department, from September 2007 to October 2010 - Leading Specialist of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Penza Region.

2010-2017

From October 2010 to October 2012, he served as Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of the Penza Region, after which he moved to the Ulyanovsk Region and headed the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the region.

Since February 2014, he was acting Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Health, Social Development and Sports of the region.

March 28, 2014 was appointed Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Health and Social Development of the Ulyanovsk Region, June 1, 2017 - Deputy Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region for Information Policy.

2021

At the beginning of 2021, he was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison conditionally in a fraud case at Ulyanovskfarmatsiya JSC. In November 2021, the verdict to all defendants was canceled, the case was sent for a new consideration.

2022: Appointment as Director of the Family Medical Center in Ulyanovsk

July 11, 2022 Pavel Degtyar began to lead the medical center "Family" in Ulyanovsk. The former Minister of Health of the Ulyanovsk Region wrote about this on his page on the VKontakte social network. ^[1]
