2022: Optimization of personal data processing
On July 12, 2022, AlfaStrakhovanie announced that it had optimized work with client consents for the processing of personal data and advertising messages. The management of these documents is now fully automated.
Project implemented jointly with the Russian IT the -company HFLabs using a software product ("Consent Control Center" CCNS). It allows you to control for what purposes and to whom consents are provided, the sources of their receipt, the validity period, and also makes it possible to store text versions.
All consents of AlfaStrakhovanie clients are collected in one catalog - regardless of the period and on what product they were received. Employees of the company can quickly access them, while in the past it required manual work.
The CCN allows you to process both all consents at once and pointwise - in the context of communication channels or partners to whom consent was granted. This allows the company to flexibly configure any interaction with customers. For example, if a person asked to send him advertising information to the mail, and not to call the phone, then when forming an upload for marketing call, he will definitely not be included in the list.
We consistently improve experience at all points of interaction between the client and our company, the launch of the Consent Management Center is an important link in the process of managing personal data, "said Kirill Gordeev, Director of the Customer Service Department of AlfaStrakhovanie. |
People often sign consent without reading the text or checking who their personal information will get to and for what purpose. Our project with AlfaStrakhovanie demonstrates that business strives to make the process of working with agreements as understandable and transparent as possible, - said Anastasia Pilipenko, project manager at HFLabs. |
